Bank bazaar farzi hai, in past i have applied for cc but they send me gift card , that gift card contains o balance

Got Amazon gv of 750 twice. Check your spam folder as well. Usually sends in 2 weeks after they send confirmation mail of credit card
1 I applied for one card in Aug’17 under similar offer. Woohoo 100 GV (in addition to Amazon 750 GV) “was confirmed over phone” at time of application submission.
2 Recd Amazon 750 GV w/o an issue. However, did not get Woohoo GV. On inquiry, they declined any such GV-saying show them mail where I got confirmation on Woohoo 1000 GV. I did follow-up, but of no avail yet 
Suggestion: Ensure that mail confirmation is recd on Woohoo GV from them. Also preserve T&C-and snapshot of offer page. Do confirm / cross-check and ensure in other ways as well. Their CC looks, to me, quite limited in quickly resolving issues. They are only good at quickly selling/marketing the cards and loans. Rest, they just probably forward to their backend team somewhere… 
Otherwise, as a broker and giving offers (for paid cards/loans), their services are indeed good…
I have already applied for a card and received 750 Amazon GV in a week or so.
I am not sure if you can get all of them “and” amazon voucher. Should be only one of these I suppose
Should ask them only!! Or does the T&C somewhere specify that we can get ONE GV out of them ONLY (and which one)? 
When I asked at time of my application, their person over phone very clearly confirmed-twice and explicitly-that BOTH GVs (Amazon-750, Woohoo-1000) we will get. Still, somehow I am yet to get the Woohoo…Not that hopeful,m but passive follow-up is on-as they do not also clearly say that they are NOT going to give…:(
