Can we refuse to accept orders even if we have paid by credit card etc? Will they refund the money immediately, or unnecessarily harass? Many ppl have posted the codes r not working, so I guess something IS wrong

Surprisingly, when I had placed an order for these soaps about for 5 weeks back, I had ignored the code that I had received back then. Yesterday, after looking at this thread, I took out the pamphlet and used the code and got a 40 rs recharge!
