1. This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Tata Housing Development Co. Ltd (“Tata Housing”) and is made available on www.ama...in (“Amazon Website”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Conditions of Use which you agree to by using the Amazon Website and any terms and conditions prescribed by Tata Housing for the Benefit (as defined hereinafter). In the event of a conflict, these Offer Terms shall prevail over the Amazon Website Conditions of Use and the terms and conditions for the Benefit, only for the purposes of this Offer.

3. This Offer shall commence from January 17, 2016 and continue until January 26, 2016, both days inclusive (“Offer Period”).

4. In order to be eligible for the Offer, during the Offer Period you must purchase an Amazon.in Gift Card (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) worth INR 50,000 (“Promotional Gift Card”) through the “Tata Housing Store” available at www.amazon.in/TataH...ng.

5. Pursuant to the purchase of the Promotional Gift Card, a sales personnel from Tata will get in touch with you within 24 working hours to initiate the offer for purchase of housing facility(ies) provided by Tata.

6. Within 30 days from the date of purchase of the Promotional Gift Card, if you purchase a housing facility(ies) offered by Tata in furtherance of this Offer (including successful completion of all purchase related formalities), Tata will provide you with Amazon.in Gift Cards worth 5% of the total amount for which you have purchased the housing facility from Tata (“Benefit”).

7. Amazon.in Gift Cards will expire one year from the date of issuance by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Amazon.in Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. 8. Each participant is entitled to receive the Benefit only once under this Offer.

11. 14. This Offer is governed by the laws of India and any dispute or any other matter arising out of or in connection with the Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
