A) This is a limited period promotional offer (“Offer”) provided and funded by Mattel Toys India Pvt. Ltd. (“Brand”) and made available on www.ama...in and the mobile application/ website thereof (collectively, “Website”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
B) These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale to which you agree by using the Website. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale are inconsistent with these Offer Terms; these Offer Terms will prevail with respect to the Offer only. Amazon and/ or the Brand reserve the absolute right to withdraw and/ or alter any of these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice.
C) You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) located in India; (b) have set India as your current country in your account settings on the Website; and © have a billing address in India.
D) This Offer will commence on 12th November, 2016 and continue till 14th November, 2016 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”) unless extended or revoked by the Brand at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
E) Subject to these Offer Terms, the first 10,000 persons who purchase any toys with a total value of INR 1,000 or above in a single order through the Website during the Offer Period (such product hereinafter referred to as “Product(s)”) will each be eligible to receive a promotional code worth INR 400 (“Promotional Code(s)”) which can be used to purchase eligible products of Barbie through Amazon.in
F) The Offer will not be available on any other product listed on the Website other than the Product(s). Notwithstanding anything contained herein, this Offer will not be available on any Product(s) which is returned or refunded by the Purchaser or if the order for such Product(s) is cancelled by the Purchaser or the authorized seller of the Brand.
G) This Offer will only be available the first time a Purchaser purchases the Product(s) during the Offer Period.
H) The Promotional Codes can be used for purchases made through the Website from 1st December, 2016 and continue till 31st December, 2016 (both days inclusive) and cannot be redeemed in cash or be combined with any other offer/discount/promotion available on the Website.
I) The Promotional Codes along with the list of the eligible products of Barbie on which the same can be redeemed will be emailed to the registered email ids of eligible participants on or before 30th Nov, 2016.
J) You can avail the benefit of only one Promotional Code per transaction and cannot apply more than one Promotional Code in a single order. Each Promotional Code can be redeemed only once on the Website.
K) Standard shipping charges cash on delivery charges, payment and return policies available on the Website shall apply to any purchase made in furtherance of this Offer.
L) By participating in this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and expressly agree that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that you may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.
