2. How can I avail this offer?
There are no special steps to avail this offer. Just go through the normal purchase process. The offer is valid on all products on Amazon.in (except ebooks and apps).
3. When will I get the Amazon.in Gift Card?
Citibank will send the card holder the GC claim code latest by 31-Dec-2014. The additional reward points will be automatically added to your card account within 90 days from the date of transaction.
4. Do I need a promo code to avail the offer?
No, you do not need a promo code. Just use your Citibank Credit Card to place the order.
5. Can I avail the offer on more than one purchase?
Yes. The offer will be applicable to the total value of your order, which can include multiple items. It will also be applicable on multiple orders placed during the offer period. 6. Can I avail the offer on two different cards?

Received mine in citibank registered mail ID. mail subject “You have received an Amazon.in Gift Card”..:-}
I have also received an Amazon GV from Citibank under the 10% cashback promotion. It was sent to my email registered with Citibank around 5:00PM. Subject: “You have received an Amazon.in Gift Card”.
I have received about 1200 in promotional Amazon GVs this month alone. Still waiting for the HDFC 10% cashback under the Christmas promo. Will come sometime next month.

I hope your two cards are totally independent and not add on cards, if yes, then you will get a total of Rs. 4000 cash back
I used two independent cards, both having same registered email ID. I got cash back for one card only yet so called up the customer care and they ensured I will get cash back for the other card too by end of day
