This is a limited period Offer applicable only on the Application requests received from 00:01 hrs
of Jul 12th 2017 till Jul 21st 2017 11:59 hrs only (Offer period).
To be eligible for the Rs.1000 credit in your PayTM wallet, the participant has to be of 23 years of
age or above. The participant will be rewarded only on filling valid Citibank online application
form. The participant should have a wallet registered with paytm to facilitate credit of INR 1000.
Offer valid on minimum spends of INR 5000 within 60 days of card issuance.
The online application form is for collecting participant’s details and his/her consent to apply for a
Citi credit card and receive Rs.1000 in your PayTM wallet on their registered payTM account
Applicants will receive the Rs 1000 in their payTM wallet basis details shared on the online
application form within 90 days from issuance of credit card on a best effort basis
An individual participant to this offer can be eligible for the reward only once during the Offer
Period
This offer is applicable for applicants residing in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi – NCR,
Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and Pune only.

Filling up the online form is only an act of requesting for a Citi credit card. Citibank is entitled to
accept or reject the participant’s application based on the bank’s internal eligibility criteria.

No further claims/communication/correspondence of any nature shall be entertained by Citibank

queries/ contentions/ disputes within reasonable time
The Terms and Conditions of the offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising
out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
PayTM and Citibank shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a
Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read, understood
and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.

prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or any
other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention,
