Campaign Date: 27th January – 2nd February, 2016 (both dates inclusive hereinafter referred to as
“Term”)
Partner: Cleartrip Mobile APP and Website (herein after referred to as “Cleartrip”)
Details of the Offer:
Citibank N.A. (“Citibank”) and Cleartrip are launching an Offer (hereinafter referred to as “Offer”) for the
Term. Details of the Offer extended to all individuals who are holders of valid Citibank Credit and Debit
Cards issued in India (hereinafter referred to “Customer”) are detailed herein below. However, the Offer
is not valid on Citibank Corporate Cards, and ING White Label Cards:
• 50% instant savings on base fare of Domestic Roundtrip Flights. Maximum savings is Rs.1500.
• 50% instant savings on Domestic and International Hotels worth Rs.4000 or more. Maximum
savings is Rs.4000
• 50% instant savings on Activities. Maximum savings is Rs.2000
with Cleartrip Mobile App or website & Citibank Credit and Debit Cards only. The Offer is valid only for
the first 5000 transactions till 2nd February 2016, 23:59:59 hrs.

Offer Terms and Conditions:

 The Offer is valid on transactions done on Cleartrip mobile app or website
 The offer will be valid for 1 Domestic Flight transaction + 1 Domestic Hotel transaction + 1
Activity transaction per Card.
 The offer is valid only on the first transaction done in each category using Citi card i.e. the first
flight transaction, first hotel booking and first activity booked using Citi card during the offer
period..
 The Offer will be applicable to all Citibank Debit and Credit Card members (except Citibank
Corporate Cards, and ING Cards members) during the Term.
 All transactions completed during the period starting from 00:00 hrs on 27th January, 2016 till
23:59 hrs on2nd February, 2016 shall be considered under this Offer.
 To be eligible for this Offer on hotel bookings, a minimum transaction of Rs 4000 will be
required
 To avail of the Offer you need to enter coupon code CTFSCITI before payment while booking. If
coupon code is not entered correctly then you will not receive any savings.
 This Offer will be valid for first 5000 transactions between 27th January – 2

 The Offer is valid per transaction. In case more than 1 passenger/ ticket/ segment/ room/ room
night is booked in a single transaction, savings will be applicable for 1 transaction only.
 Offer is valid on Adult & Child bookings only. Not valid for Infants.
 Hotels are subject to availability.
 The Offer is not applicable for a transaction where a refund/ cancellation is processed.
 The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other existing offer at Cleartrip / website or mobile app
and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person/customer.
 Citibank holds no warranty and is not representative of the delivery, services, suitability,
merchantability, availability or quality either of the Offer or of the products/services made
available to Customer by Cleartrip under the respective Offer.
 Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the
Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers
directly to Cleartrip and that Citibank shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any
query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to Citibank shall be forwarded to Cleartrip
who shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within
reasonable time.
 Citibank shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to Cleartrip mobile app due
to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason whatsoever.
 The Offer is valid only if the Citibank credit card holder’s account continues to be in good
standing and payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
 Citibank shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any
personal injury that may be suffered, to the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a result of
participating in the Offer or by the use or non-use or suitability or effectiveness of the Services.
 Citibank reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the
terms of the Offer during the Term, without assigning any reasons thereof.
 Neither anything contained in these terms & conditions, nor the running of these Offer to which
they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Citibank to continue the Offer up to, on or
after the Offer termination date.
