Any charges? Usually ICICI will recharge for redeeming pay back points.

as MK allow to redeem 400 points worth rs 100 per month
and ICICI bank will charge Rs 99+17.82= 116.82 as redemption charges

It is better to redeem it at BMS , No deduction by ICICI bank.

You can dispute ICICI customer care that NOT all the points u have in your PB card is earned via ICICI transactions / channels…some of them get through other PB partners as well, so technically ICICI have NO legal right to charge on reedemption of those points which are not earned via their channels.
I have done that the very first time and got reversed.
However to avoid wasting my time in these disputes I stopped using PB becasue ICICI don’t have a system to identify which points are from their channels and which from other PB partner channels.
