Nothing is future proof, not to mention in that 15W envelop you’ll rarely notice that big of a difference. Also when you say very faster than Ryzen, did you also count the potential impact of spectre+meltdown patches 
Bro i didn’t understand
This is a ULV laptop – so in 15W range you’ll see little to no difference between Ryzen & i7 8th or 9th gen processor, because after a short time the i7 will downclock anyway. Basically the i7 will run for 4GHz say 20s, 3GHz for 15s & 2GHz for another 40s or more – just giving you an example, a lot depends on the program you’re running. This is how all processors work in notebooks or phone. Ryzen will clock at 3GHz or above for max time, an SSD will be much more handy.
