Terms and Conditions

Contest: Customer with highest spend can get trip to Singapore and other benefits (“digiSummerfest”)

Contest Period: Contest starts on 11th April 2017 and ends on 04th June 2017

Terms & Conditions:
1.Only digiSavings customers will be entitled to take part in this Contest. digiSavings customers will get rewards only on purchase transactions on POS / e-POS (i.e. transactions at merchant outlets and online transactions) made using digiSavings physical VISA debit card during the Contest Period.
2.Exclusions:
a.Fund transfers to other account will not qualify for the Contest.
b.In-app transactions (Recharge, Bill Payment, QR Code Payment, UPI).
c.Any transaction to fund a digibank or a RuPiZo account (wallet or savings account) using digibank Debit card, will not be considered as a spend for this Contest.
d.All DBS employees and people directly related to them are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

3.Daily winners will get their vouchers in their registered email ID by Wednesday of subsequent week.
4.Weekly winners will get their rewards (iphone7) after the Contest Period, and before July 30, 2017. For the purposes of this Contest: a.11 April to 16 April 2017, shall be calculated for ascertaining winner in the first week.
b.All subsequent weeks, start from Monday and end on Sunday.
c.Weekly winner will be announced latest by Wednesday of the subsequent week.
5.The grand prize (a 4D/3N trip to Singapore) would be announced on or before July 30, 2017. The grand prize (a 4D/3N trip to Singapore) will be managed in association with Yatra (www.yat...om) and the usage has to comply with their terms and conditions.
6.Voucher usage has to comply with terms & conditions of the voucher issuing entity (www.flipka...om).
7.Tax liability arising from the Contest if any will be solely borne by the customer.
8.One customer is entitled to win only one (1) iPhone7 during the Contest Period.
9.One customer is entitled to win only one (1) Flipkart Voucher during the Contest Period.
10.DBS is entitled to replace the rewards with item(s) of similar or other value, without prior notice.
11.You consent to our collection and use of your personal data and the use and disclosure of your personal data by/to third parties for the purpose of the Contest. You agree to the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy which can be found at www.dbs.com/p...cy.
12.DBS reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the Contest, the website and/or these terms and conditions or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
13.This Contest is voluntary and by participating in the Contest, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
14.This Contest will be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
