Check whether Gurgaon is located in the list of Cities served by DBS. If you have any CCD outlet located in gurgaon with Aadhar verification (This you can see in the DBS site), then you can go and give your fingerprints.

No, that is not Digisavings card so not valid
this digibank virtual card generated from wallet will not give you 10% instead it will give you 5% for specific merchants
