Yes definitely, your existing dittoTV subscription will be valid on ZEE5. All you need to do is login using your existing user id and password on ZEE5 and you’ll be all set!!
If you don’t remember your password, no problem. Just click on Forgot Password on the Sign In screen of your app or on the website. We’ll send you a link to rest your password on you registered e-mail address.
If you have signed up with your mobile number, a verification OTP will be sent to that number through which you can verify your mobile number and reset your password.

any update on this whether anybody who bought able to access zee5 content planning to buy it
In chennai they have refused to activate the subscription. They offered to refund money. I have asked to come to my residence for refunding
Same situation in Bangalore, after going to the store Croma folks are now saying voucher activation not possible. They want to initiate a refund

Don’t even try .Check reviews of Ditto tv customers on zee5 app page .
I haven’t seen a positive review of anyone linked Ditto account to zee5 yet .
