They are getting profits only because of Dimers. And if they still keep on promoting these crap websites then it will spoil the reputation of DD itself.
I once again request Dimers not to waste money on shopclues. They are worth buying only products like flip flops , cleaning cloth or cheap products like them or else nothing.

I agree that Sc is cheat site but their refund policy is good, many times I got refund, mostly sellers are cheat not sc staff.I opted for replacement that may be they send dinner set from other seller, I can get refund 100 % if not get product.

Seller sent me a cheap chinese desk lamp that too not working..
raised return request and refund from shopclues.
If u have bought the order you can still opt to receive it because seller is surprising everyone by sending different items who knows u may get a dinner set too.

Because their refund policy is good.
You will surely get refund for such issues even without returning the product.
It is not shopclues is bad but their sellers are.If you are selective in buying frm shopclues it’s a great site.
