If you order 5 items, they will deliver 4 and when you ask they will say ohhh forgot… coming back … but will not come back to deliver missing item … when you raise ticket… they will not reply … u have to call them by phone lines and their executive will say ok ok we are calling concerned restaurant .. but nothing happened … even if u call multiple times… result … missing item pay + phone call charges + your time
This happened 3 times
When you successfully apply coupon … they will not provide CB, even if you send them screenshot of that … they will not response and not provide CB … happened 2 times
total Rs. >400 loss
Initially there food quality was good when they started 1.5 yr back .. not its worst food they are provided in such costly price…
