Not possible from paytm wallet. But if you convert your wallet to Paytm bank account by providing your aadhar number then you can add to phonepe.
If I have already recharged for Rs 399 on my JIO number, now if I recharge same denomination then what benefits I will be getting? I don’t think it will be same 84 days.

If you have already used PhonePe/Amazon Pay for Jio recharge before and you are not eligible to get Cashback if you use them now, you can still get cashback and benefits worth Rs.115 using this method: First download latest version of Niki app, sign up using referral “gauti” to get Rs.20 sign up credits. Initiate a Jio recharge of Rs.399, you will be asked to pay only Rs.379.
