@raman12 Yes …I bought 2 times and both the times products have minor defects ..looks like QC rejected…importantly when I asked them to return and refund..they denied saying they have some internal checks and such damage might be in shipping so they won’t take the return nor give the refund !! Pathetic Customer Service !
I bought slippers last year but they send me the wrong size, I requested 6 they send 10 and after replacement, the idiots still send me size 10 again and after that they refused replacement and refund.
That was the end of my tatacliq journey. Never again.
They thought people will buy just because there is “Tata” in the name…..by getting this Cliq brand Tata’s diluted their own Brand Equity….Tata should divest from this entity

From personal experience – Never buy from TataCliq…they might lure with pricing…but sell either returned or refurbished products…specially electronic items
