This offer (“Offer”) is funded by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) and made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”) on the website www.amazon.in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Terms & Conditions applicable to Amazon Pay Balance and the Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice of Amazon.in, to which you agree to by using Amazon Pay Balance / Amazon.in, as the case may be. In the event of any conflict between such terms and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms shall prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

You may only avail this Offer if you are: (a) a person resident in India; (b) 18 years of age; © have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; and (d) have a billing address in India.

This Offer will commence on December 1, 2018 and will continue till December 31, 2018 (both days inclusive) (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked by Amazon or ASSPL at its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.

This Offer is only available to select customers that have been so determined and selected by Amazon, which determination is based on the criteria, including: (i) pre-payment rate of the customer; (ii) cards saved by the customer in his/her Amazon.in account; (iii) frequency of usage of electronic payment methods by the customer; and/or (iv) number of orders placed in the past on Amazon.in (each an “Eligible Customer”). In other words, only an Eligible Customer is entitled to avail this Offer and the benefits under this Offer. This Offer will be made available only to the Eligible Customers at the time of making payment for their order on Amazon.in.

Under this Offer, subject to these T&Cs, cashback will be provided to Cardholders in the event: (a) such Cardholders make a purchase (other than the ineligible/ excluded products as mentioned in Clause 10 below) on Amazon.in during the Offer Period and pay for such purchase with their ATM Card/Debit Card/Credit Card

Cardholders who satisfy the criteria provided at points 3,4,5 and 6 above will be eligible to receive a flat cashback of an amount equivalent to INR 50.

Such cashbacks will be provided: (a) to the eligible Cardholder’s Amazon.in account using which the eligible transaction was completed; (b) in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by Quikcilver Solutions Private Limited and redeemable as Amazon Pay Balance.; and © to the eligible Cardholder’s Amazon.in account within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days of completion of the respective Transaction.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these Offer Terms, this Offer is not applicable on the purchase of Amazon Gift Cards/ Amazon Pay Balance/ gold coins/ RBL bank cards, bank cards (such as RBL and ticket compliments GCs), Prime membership, precious jewelry, Kindle Unlimited Subscription, Kindle e-books, mobile prepaid recharges, postpaid mobile bill payments, utility payments (Electricity, Landline, Broadband, Gas, DTH), Samsung mobile and tablet devices, tickets (travel, movie and event) and hotel bookings.

In the event a Transaction consists of multiple products including any Ineligible Product(s), this Offer can only be availed in relation to products under such Transaction other than the Ineligible Products.

In case the Eligible Customer is eligible for other offer(s) and is entitled to benefits under such other offers, such Eligible Customer will be deemed eligible only for the offer under which the benefit available to the Eligible Customer amounts to the maximum.

In case the Cardholder either returns or refunds the product or cancels the Transaction or a Transaction is cancelled for any reason whatsoever, such Transaction will not qualify for the Offer. If the order is cancelled / returned in part, the Cardholder will qualify for the Offer only for the items in the order which are not cancelled / returned (subject to such items not being Ineligible Products).

Amazon or ASSPL reserves the right to disqualify a customer from the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.

Under no circumstances, will cashback under this Offer be provided in cash by Amazon or ASSPL.

By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that he/ she may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer.

Any query / issues regarding the Offer will be entertained by Amazon only till October 30, 2018. Post such date, Amazon will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer or the Benefit under this Offer, from any person.

Amazon or ASSPL reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all and/or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

Nothing contained herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.

These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using Amazon.in.

Cardholders are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.

Any person availing this Offer would be deemed to have accepted these T&Cs.
