How do I avail the offer?

On your PhonePe app
1. Click on Mobile Icon within “Recharge & Pay Bills” section of the app
2. Select or Enter the mobile number you wish to recharge, check your Operator and Circle.
3. Select or enter the plan amount from the view plans section
4. Pick the payment option for the same
5. Note: in case you hold a wallet balance, it will be automatically used for paying. Please uncheck the checkbox to not use the wallet amount
6. Click on recharge to complete the transaction.

When do I get the cashback / benefit?

Cashback will be credited into your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.

What happens in case of refund/cancellation of my Transaction?

Once the Recharge is Processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.In case of a payment failure during Recharge, the amount will be refunded back to you within 2 working days.

Sorry members it might seem very basic questions but plz help me on my queries
1. Are there any charges on starting UPI,may be per transaction/monthly/annually currently or going to introuduce in future ?
2. How do we start UPI ? Is it tied to particular bank account number ?
3. Can we combine this offer with MyJIO voucher while recharging through MYJIO app do we get this option to pay through phonepe wallet ?

Can’t we use JIO voucher for recharging other number ? I tried on MyJIO app but when selected my number for recharge coupon get applied but when selected recharge other number 50 rs coupon is not getting applied.
