Minimum transaction amount of Rs.3500 is required
Maximum cashback of Rs.400 can be availed
Valid only for 4 transactions per user
Cashback will be cancelled in case of full refunds or cancellation of orders
In partial refund cases cashback will be rolled back in same proportionate amount
Mobile number needs to be verified to be eligible for cashback
In case of any disputes the customer needs to get in touch with the merchant/brand
RBI mandates that upto Rs. 10,000 can be added in a month to a non-upgraded wallet. In case you breach these limits then cashback will get added to your wallet in the next calendar month. i checked with paytm and doing lot of follow ups and finally i got mail with terms and condition saying if you are fit than you will get the cashback i had asked in how many days they didn’t answer yet.

i checked with paytm and doing lot of follow ups and finally i got mail with terms and condition saying if you are fit than you will get the cashback i had asked in how many days they didn’t answer yet.

I got CB of 500 for booking on easemytrip after a week or so.
Raised ticket twice there was no reply other than std ack.
I lost hope then saw one day CB in the wallet.
So paytm is good in honoring CBs.

I got it instantly. You might did something wrong or may be you are not eligible for this offer.

Paytm: Instant or maximum 2 hours.
Mobikwik: Instant or maximum 24 hours or sometimes forgets about it.
