Who can participate in the offer?

To participate a user must be logged in & place an order during The Big Billion Days from 00:00 hrs on 29th of September 2019 and end at 23:59 hrs on 4th of October 2019 (“Offer Period”). This is a promotional offer (" Offer") from participating sellers (individually “Seller” and collectively “Sellers”) being run onwww.flipkart.com (" Website"), Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively " Platform"), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (" Flipkart")

By participating in this Offer, you (" You" or " Your") agree to be bound by:

To participate in the Offer You must to do/ fulfill the following:

Must have a valid account on the Platform, log into the same and shop during the Offer Period;
You must place an order within the offer duration;
Visit the “Mystery Box” page on the Platform either through the order confirmation page or by clicking on the banner on the Flipkart home page & on “Claim Reward” thereafter, to get the reward;
Age must be 18 years or above;
Each customer on the Platform, fulfilling the aforementioned criteria will be eligible for a reward (“Eligible Customer”). Each Eligible Customer will be eligible for only for one (1) reward throughout the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of orders placed on the Platform, subject to the T&Cs.

The Eligible Customers will receive the rewards by 1st November, 2019, subject to the T&Cs or redeem their rewards from 1st November 2019 to 30th November 2019 23:59 hours, as applicable.
Eligible Customers will be able to see their rewards within the mystery box page on the Platform. The voucher details of the E-Gift voucher rewards will be sent to the Eligible Customers on 1st November 2019, if applicable to them, on their registered email Ids or registered mobile numbers.
Eligible customers who win product rewards or discounts on their next shopping, will be able to see their rewards in the My Coupons section on the Platform.
You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons. You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart or Sellers shall not be responsible in any manner.
In the event You cancel or returns the order placed during the Offer, You shall not be eligible for the Offer. You will be eligible to redeem the reward only if the order is not cancelled or returned;
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
There will be a separate contract between You and the Seller as per the policies of Seller in relation to rewards under this Offer, and Flipkart shall not be a party to the same.
