1. The Offer will commence at 00:00 hrs on Apr 28th, 2017 and end at 23:59 hrs on Apr 30th, 2017(“Offer Period”).

   For Offer redemption, You will have to call Tata Sky representative at +91 8879297390 to place a request for Tata Sky HD connection (From 10:00 AM – 06:00 PM Monday – Saturday). If the call is missed, Tata Sky representative will arrange a call back.
3. The installation request will be validated with Your Name & Flipkart Order Id.
4. Tata Sky representative will take the address of the installation from You.
5. Your will receive the Subscriber ID number from Tata Sky through an SMS to Your contact number used to complete Sl. No. 5.
6. You will get a call from Tata Sky authorised installer who will take a prior appointment before coming for the installation and at the time of installation be required to pay Rs.1049.00 in cash towards the new connection and installation to the Tata Sky representative.
7. You will get the flexibility of any channel pack of your choice.
8. Once the pack is selected You can recharge Your account with their choice of pack with the applicable rate.
9. With the activation of the subscription You will get access to all the HD channels in their respective pack FREE for 1 month.

13. The charges towards additional wire, if required, shall be required to be paid by You as per the applicable rate.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Installation is available at all pin codes in India except for Andaman and Nicobar & Lakshadweep Islands.

10. The Offer shall be subject to force majeure events and on occurrence of such an event, the Offer may be withdrawn at the discretion of Flipkart and Tata Sky.
11. Flipkart does not make any warranties or representation on the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the products to which this Offer is applicable and the equipment provided by Tata Sky. The seller of the products and Tata Sky shall be respectively responsible towards the same.
12. In case of any claim on dispute pertaining to this Offer You need to call up the Tata Sky customer care number. You hereby agree that Flipkart shall not responsible or liable towards any such claims or disputes.
13. You hereby agree to indemnify and keep Tata Sky and/ or Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by Flipkart and/ Tata Sky or as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of this T&C by You; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence, on Your part.
14. This T&C shall be governed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. Courts at Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise under this T&C.
15. Any query regarding this Offer will be entertained until May 25th, 2017. Post such date, Flipkart and Tata Sky will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Offer from any persons.
16. The Offer shall be subject to the Income-Tax Act, 1961 and all disbursements shall be subject to TDS, as applicable.
