It’s a mix of refined rice bran oil and sesame oil. I don’t know how it can combat diabetes. They are false claims. Diabetics need to lessen carbohydrate intake and take lesser quantities of food more times to avoid the blood glucose spike. A lot of things need to be taken care by diabetics to control the disease.
Each to his own but saying from personal experience, the taste is different and might not be great for all, but impact on health is definitely there
