Somehow managed to find one Indian Oil and HP petrol bunks close to my home that supports FC
Mobikwik again show why we call it, mobi****
Was trying to pay first at Petrol Pump.
Transaction was showing some errors.
Somehow, it got paid.
Checked transaction history, it was paid to IOCL.
Then, the mobikwik guy wanted screenshot of the transaction.
I denied saying it has my mobile number and email ID, asked him note down the Transaction ID.
He arrogantly said “Nahi, aap se kuchh nahi lena jao”
Then filled petrol.
The petrol pump guy said that he didn’t get SMS.
I had to wait till he gets SMS.
Then after waiting for 10-15 mins, he didn’t get SMS.
Asked him to note down Transaction ID, he asked the Mobikwik guy, and that guy refused saying “mere paas paper nahi hai”
That Petrol Pump guy brought paper from somewhere and I wrote down the transaction ID, gave him transaction ID photo after cropping my email ID, mobile number.
Came home, received cashback.
I have not got cashback. any one facing same issue?
