I did not have a good experience with freecharge, they did not process one transaction but debited my card and said done but still not done. They also said I will get cashback when doing the transaction but later emailed I will not.
They are also not replying to emails.
I would think again before trying to use them again as the company says something and does something and does not even bother to reply to emails.

Freecharge is trusted , if recharge fails they 100% refund money…
U must have used same debit card in multiple account or must have voilated there offer ,
Using freecharge for 3+ years and never ever faced any problem..
