How to remove suspension in freecharge.Do anyone has ideas.I had tried all method.
Done Distv recharge of Rs 75/- & got Cashback of Rs 75/-
Utilised Cashback again for DTH recharge.
Now Freecharge close my account or not.
I don’t care.
That means even new number and new phone and new debit card is not sufficient to b a new user??

A suggestion to all using this offer: dont leave cashback in your wallet; use it asap!.
Try to send money to another FC Account. If it gets transferred successfully, then your account is safe, otherwise it is blocked.
Tried resetting password through App and website also, and no card is also added, but I dont know how FC is tracking Suspicious activity observed even in website.. Please help how to remove this suspicious activity. btw I tried 3-4 new accounts. same error in all
all of your accounts are blocked ( the one you’re getting suspicious activity messages ). these accounts can not be unblocked further.
Exit FC app on phone and disconnect internet on phone.
Just log out and log in ( desktop browser ) again or better clear browser cache and then try to log in from web only.
Thanks but FIRST gets applied only on app so had to login via app only. How this suspicious activity error can be removed.
