But my point is, when we want to recharge dth or pay postpaid bill, say 300, we can use 100 with 75fc, 100 with 90fc, 100 with 45fc. Just my point of view.

If somebody utilised other new users coupons like 75FC, 50NEW, 90FC etc with same debit card, now he/she has no other debit card available, then this coupon 45FC is the option to utilise new user offer with same old debit card. Just like I utilised this offer.
