But does the laptop come officially with an SSD or has it been upgraded by the seller like has been the case with ebay sellers?

Based on above thought process, I have ordered one for self. Though there is no CC or any other discount and shipping charges are also involved, still SSD is a major deal maker in terms of price and performance.

I am not sure but if we look at Fujitsu’s Global website, this particular model has a provision for SSD car and different variants are being sold in the market.
In any case Flipkart has Pro customer approach and one can return back if SSD is an issue.

I bought the Fujitsu 1TB laptop from Paytm 2 weeks ago and it had core i3 with 1 TB harddisk, there is no mention of SSD. Fujitsu website has listed core i5 version with SSD, not core i3.

I’m sure the seller is fraud and the product is not Flipkart Assured so it will be very difficult for you to get refund.

Snapdeal, ebay, shopclues, paytm everyone is selling 1 TB version and no one is offering 256 GB SSD. Either the seller is doing it intentionally to make you purchase the laptop or there is some listing error (I doubt it though).

P.S. Laptop is super awesome, I bought it for only Rs. 20730 from Paytm

My bet is more on Flipkart.

Have clearly stated in OP about Seller being NEW.

I have written to Flipkart to share Vendor’s contact details. Any clarification I receive shallbe updated her for the benefit to Dimers. The deal at this price is good only with SSD.

As rightly suggested, one can wait till things get clearer.
