Offer Details
1. Offer is valid on 14th September, 2017 (00:00 Hours to 23:59 Hours).2. To avail this Offer You must do/ fulfill the following:
a. Age must be 18 years or above;
b. Must have a valid account on the Platform and log into the same;
c. Must Purchase select storage devices and power banks on the Platform on which this Offer applies, using either Your PhonePe wallet or using Your credit card/ debit card/ UPI through PhonePe (Eligible Payment Method).
d. You are requested to check product page and confirm Offer applicability before making any purchase.
3. In case partial payment is made through Flipkart Gift Card, Offer will apply only on the amount paid through the Eligible Payment Method, against the purchase of eligible products.
4. On the first instance of fulfilling the above requirements during the Offer Period you will get 10% cashback, maximum cashback up to Rs.100, which will be credited into Your PhonePe wallet within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction on the Platform (“Offer”). In case the PhonePe wallet limit for the month has been reached, the cashback will be credited on the first business day of the next month.
5. The cashback amount credited to Your PhonePe wallet cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other users.
6. In case where cashback has been credited to Your PhonePe wallet and You cancel the transaction and You seek a refund, the amount of cashback shall be deducted from the amount of the refund due and payable to You.
7. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any offer made available to You by an issuer of any Debit Card or Credit Card or any bank with the exception of Customers paying through Eligible Payment Method (through PhonePe) using SBI Credit Card who can also, along with this Offer, avail the instant discount offered on such SBI Credit Card for purchase of such select storage devices and power banks on the Platform, as per applicable terms and conditions.

1. This marketing program is being run by SBI Card & Payment Services Private Ltd. (SBICPSL/ SBI) on www.flipka...om, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively Platform), which Platform is owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (Flipkart). It is open to all residents of India holding a valid and current SBI Credit Card (Cardholder) and to whom a communication is sent by SBICPSL.
2. By participating in the Offer (defined below), Cardholder agrees to be bound by:
a. these terms and conditions (T&C);
b. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations or updates thereof, that are published on the Platform; and
c. all applicable terms and conditions of SBIPCL.

5. Under this Offer, if a Cardholder makes purchase of select storage devices and power banks (Products) with Cardholders SBI Credit Card, Cardholder will get an instant discount of 10% at the time of checkout during the Offer Period (Offer).
6. Cardholder is required to check the product page of the product/s Cardholder intends to purchase and confirm Offer applicability before completing the purchase on the Platform.
7. The maximum discount that can be availed per SBI Credit Card during Offer Period is INR 200.00
8. Offer in NOT applicable on the purchase of Flipkart Gift Cards.
9. Offer is NOT applicable on Corporate & Commercial Cards.
10. If case a Cardholder makes partial payments through Flipkart Gift Card/Wallet, the Offer will apply only on the net amount paid through Cardholders SBI Credit Card.
11. The Offer is also valid if purchase is made on 3, 6, 9 & 12 month EMI on Cardholders SBI Credit Card. As per the terms of the EMI facility provided by SBI Credit Card, 14% rate of interest applicable on monthly reducing balance for EMI transactions on SBI Credit Card.
