1.This limited time promotional offer namely, Motorola Amazon Pay Cashback Offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Brightstar Pvt Ltd (“Motorola”) and is made available to you on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).

2.These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Sale and other terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Alexa Skills store and the use of Alexa enabled devices, to which you agree to by using Alexa Skills and Alexa enabled devices. 5.Under the Offer, any customer who purchases a Motorola Pace 110 in-Ear Headphones with Mic (Black) (“Eligible Product”) from authorized seller of Motorola- Appario Retail Private Limited on Amazon.in and/ or retail stores of Brightstar Telecommunication Limited (each a “Seller”) during the Offer Period; and (b) opts to undertake and complete registration of the Eligible Product using Alexa by undertaking the steps provided in point 6 below (every customer who successfully undertakes the above steps, an “Eligible Customer”), will be entitled to receive a cashback of an amount of INR 100 (“Benefit”).

6.In order to receive the Benefit under the Offer, the following steps shall be undertake for completing registration of the Eligible Product with Alexa:

(a)Download and install ‘Hubble Connect for VerveLife’ application from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store (“Application”);
(b)Crate a ‘Hubble’ account or login using a already registered e-mail address;

(d)Select the Eligible Product from the popup list of Motorola products shown on the screen;
(e)Login to Amazon Alexa using the existing amazon account or create a new amazon account;
(f)Select the preferred language as English(India); This is a mandatory step;
(g)Complete the Onboarding process in the Application to start accessing Amazon Alexa features and thousand of skills available in Alexa;

Upon successful registration of the Eligible Product with Alexa, the Eligible Customer will be able to interact with Alexa in the following manner:

Android: (a) single click on the Mic button on the screen; or (b) long press on Mic button of wired headphone and wait for Alexa listening tone to be played by the application then Ask your queries to Alexa. Alexa will respond accordingly.

iOS: (a) single click on the Mic button on the screen; or (b) long press on Mic button of wired headphone and wait for Alexa listening tone to be played by the Application then Ask your queries to Alexa. Alexa will respond accordingly.

7.The Benefit under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customer in the form of Amazon Gift Cards, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance associated with their Amazon.in account. The use and redemption of Amazon Gift Cards and the use of Amazon Pay balance is subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

8.The Benefit under this Offer will be provided to the Eligible Customer within 10 days’ of successfully completing registration of the Eligible Product using Alexa.

9.The Benefit under this Offer is entirely funded by Motorola, to the total exclusion of Amazon.

10.It is clarified that the Benefit under this Offer will be available only to such customers who purchase the Eligible Product from the Seller and undertakes to register the Eligible Product with Alexa by undertaking the steps iterated in point 6 above.

11.The participation of a customer will be deemed to be withdrawn from this Offer if the purchase transaction: (a) is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the customer or the concerned seller or by Amazon; or (b) is returned by the customer. In such cases, if the Benefit under the Offer has been received by the customer, amount of the cashback will be deducted from the transaction amount, at the time of refund to the customer (if any). For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms.

12.Motorola and/ or Amazon reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

13.If an Eligible Customer violates any of these Offer Terms, the Offer will be invalid for you, and the participation of such a violating customer will be deemed withdrawn.

14.You are not bound in any manner to participate in or avail this Offer. This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and any decision of participating in or availing this Offer is purely voluntary.
