Terms and Conditions
• Offer is applicable only for JetPrivilege members based in India
• ‘Offer’ means the below:
o Eligible to earn flat 15000 bonus JPMiles in all cabins upon completion of an eligible activity during
the promotion period
o Eligible activity is defined as only return revenue tickets booked on a single PNR for travel on
eligible Jet Airways flights from India to North America (via Amsterdam, London, Paris, Abu Dhabi),
to/from Amsterdam, London, Paris, within Europe (via Amsterdam, London, Paris, Abu Dhabi),
Hong Kong, Singapore.
o Eligible flights include Jet Airways marketed and operated flights, Jet Airways marketed flights
operated under the S2 code, Jet Airways marketed flights operated by Air France, KLM, Delta
Airlines, Etihad Airways and Virgin Atlantic
o Promotion period is defined as Booking Period between 22nd Jan 2018 and 5
st Feb 2018 (both days
inclusive) and Travel Period between 22nd Jan 2018 and 22nd Apr 2018 (both days inclusive)
o For e.g., a member booked on 25th Jan 2018 to travel Mumbai-Hong Kong-Mumbai on a
single PNR. The travel from Mumbai-Hong Kong is on 10th Apr 2018 and Hong Kong-Mumbai
is on 24
th Apr 2018. The member will not be eligible under the offer as the entire journey
needs to be completed within the promotion period.
o Eligible flight numbers are listed below in the annexure
o Applicable on all booking channels
o Applicable on all cabins and booking classes, excluding B, E, G, X, D, R
o The offer is not valid for return travel on Airline Partners’ Jet Airways Codeshare flights on routes
where there is a corresponding Jet Airways marketed and operated flights.
o For e.g., a member flying Mumbai to Aberdeen (BOMABZ) via Paris (CDG), where the
complete itinerary includes journey on Jet Airways marketed and Air France operated flight,
the member will not be eligible under the offer.
o For e.g., a member flying from Mumbai to Aberdeen (BOMABZ) via Paris (CDG), where the
first segment of the itinerary Mumbai to Paris (BOMCDG) includes journey on Jet Airways
marketed and Jet Airways operated flight and the second segment of the itinerary Paris to
Aberdeen (CDGABZ) is on Jet Airways marketed and Air France operated flight, the member
will be eligible under the offer.
o Standard JPMiles and Bonus JPMiles will be awarded only on flown basis
o Bonus JPMiles will be credited for the entire journey segment into the eligible members account
within one week after the completion of travel.
• Bookings and/or Travel undertaken apart from the above defined period will not be eligible for the
offer and standard JPMiles as applicable will be awarded for such travel
• In order to ensure auto-credit of JPMiles, the JetPrivilege member must quote his / her membership
number at the time of reservations and present the membership card at check-in. Also, the name at
the time of booking must match with the name as recorded in the JetPrivilege account
• Promotion applicable only on revenue tickets on Jet Airways flights and excludes travel against
award or complimentary tickets
• All other terms and conditions pertaining to the JetPrivilege programme will apply
• JetPrivilege reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw/ amend this offer at any point in
time and to approve or disapprove the crediting of the Bonus JPMiles to the account of any
JetPrivilege member
• In case of any disputes the decision of Jet Airways & JetPrivilege will be final and binding
