Yes even I asked too and received same answer and affiliate cashback is also reduce to 7% to 18% so over all… there is nothing much can be do now, boycott this site for few days and they will be back on track in next few days…. for OTC products… this site charging double shipping charges (Rs 49 regular shipping + Rs 10 to 50 additional shipping)
