got cashback without applying the promocode that too for adding money to bigbasket wallet.

cashback is given only if cashback amount is shown on webpage where otp (right side) have to be entered.

If it is shown, better take screenshot, so you will have valid proof.

mobile number have high precendence then email id…

mobikwik check for mobile no, and try to initiate tx through otp using mobile number registered with bigbasket.

if you create new account then, you can use …bigbasket new user offer too (200 of on 1000)…

Yes Cashback is coming. I used the big20 code

But code is only visible when you use bigbasket in browser, not in app. Mobile browser is also fine.

But someone had issue with similar payment flow..

This no showing coupon box is becoming a norm on Mobikwik and they try to hide the box. They want people to be on their platform trying to get the offer but somehow they don’t want to provide the offer. Hence even stopped using Mobikwik (and the worst proponent Grofers).

you can do much James, I mean avgn. Better not place using mobikwik.

Bhai logon, relax. I did wallet fund at 11:45pm yesterday and received cashback at 5:29am today. So it could take 5 – 6 hrs or so to get cashback. So please wait for CB.
P.S. I have not used any coupon at MK payment page.

Same for me – transaction done yesterday evening, no option to enter coupon code, 150 cash back message was displayed, got cash back today early morning.
