BB customer care warned me that cashback is not valid on Add to wallet transaction and reverted my 7500 added to wallet. I will call up Citibak tomorrow to verify.

Yes it is valid for add cash too. And if not you can easily reverse back the transactions.

Please see the context. I added to wallet and BB customer care warned me that the cashback is not application on add cash. They were emailing about another issue, but noticed my 7500 ad cash from citi cards.
@talksense – something tells me you approached them. Yes? Because BB generally doesn’t monitor accounts. So you got a canned response stating this deal is not valid while adding money. I missed out of all of these offers. And I guess this one is going to collapse very soon. Unfortunately. @DealSeeker

I added 2500 x3 from Citi on Nov 1st.
Later that day, when I emailed BB about another issue, they included this warning about the transactions they saw in my wallet and offered to refund them.

Thanks for reminding. Citibank CC says the same as what BB said. Wallet add is not eligible.

Like other I have got cashback for August transaction. And I added to wallet in Sept and October too. It is only this time my wallet amount is reverted to card due to the BB CC warning.
