India and the terms and conditions governing the usage of the Offer are detailed herein below.

3. Cashback is applicable only on subscription fees and not on taxes.

5. Products and services are subject to availability.
6. The Offer cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person or customer.
7. Existing Zomato Gold terms and conditions as available on Zomato website apply in addition
to the terms and conditions stated herein
8. Citibank and Zomato reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without
assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and
conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this
Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
9. The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in Mumbai only.
