2. How can I avail this offer ?
Go through the normal purchase process. During delivery of your Cash on delivery order, pay using your card or net banking on Amazon Pay link & you will become eligible for the offer.
3. Can I avail the Offer on more than 1 (one) purchase?
This Offer can only be availed by a customer once during the Offer Period, i.e. this Offer will not be applicable on any subsequent purchase made by the customer on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.
4. What is the minimum transaction size?

This Amazon Go Cashless – BookMyShow Offer (“Offer”) is a limited period promotional offer provided by Bigtree Entertainment Private Limited (“BMS”) and is made available on the www.ama...in website, the mobile site and the mobile application thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”).
2. These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to: (a) the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice, to which you agree to by using Amazon.in; and (b) the terms and conditions of the BMS Code (as defined hereinafter) or of the redemption thereof provided by BMS.
3. To avail this Offer, an Eligible Customer must be a citizen of India and have a valid Amazon.in account.

For the avoidance of doubt, ‘Amazon Pay Link’ is a web-link based payment solution that is triggered by the delivery associate at the Eligible Customer’s doorstep, through an SMS to his/her registered mobile number, and facilitates payments through debit card, credit card or net banking.

6. The BMS Code can be redeemed for an instant discount of INR 150 or 50% (fifty percent) of transaction value of the movie ticket bookings, whichever is lower, on booking of 2 (two) or more movie tickets on www.BookMySh...om website or the mobile application thereof. It is clarified that the BMS Code can be redeemed only on the website www.bookmysh...om or the mobile site or mobile application thereof.
7. It is hereby clarified that the Eligible Customer shall not be eligible to avail this Offer or receive the BMS Code, in the event the Eligible Customer: (a) makes payment for his/her order through payment methods other than CoD, or (b) chooses to pay for the CoD order in cash to the delivery executive associate. If, for any reason, the Eligible Customer does not receive the SMS with the Amazon Pay Link, the Eligible Customer will not be entitled to avail the Offer.
8. Subject to the Offer Terms and other conditions, the BMS Code will be valid only till November 30, 2017, i.e. the Eligible Customer must redeem the BMS Code on or before such date.
9. The Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive the BMS Code if the order for the product is cancelled (for any reason whatsoever) by the Eligible Customer, the seller or Amazon, or if a purchased product is returned by the Eligible Customer. In such cases, the participation of the Eligible Customer will be deemed withdrawn.
10. This Offer can only be availed by the Eligible Customer once during the Offer Period. In other words, an Eligible Customer will be eligible to receive only 1 (one) BMS Code during the Offer Period, irrespective of the number of purchases made by the Eligible Customer.
11. In the event any Eligible Customer fails to meet any of the eligibility criteria stated in these Offer Terms, such Eligible Customer will not be eligible to receive the BMS Code under this Offer.
12. By participating in this Offer, every Eligible Customer expressly agrees that Amazon or any of its affiliates will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that an Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with such Eligible Customer’s use or misuse, verification, redemption and/or any other matter in relation to the BMS Code or the Offer.
13. The BMS Code or the benefits under this Offer cannot be redeemed / settled in cash and cannot be combined with any other offer/discount/promotion available on Amazon.in during the Offer Period.
14. Amazon will send the BMS Code to the Eligible Customer (subject to these Offer Terms) through e-mail or SMS on the email address or mobile number (as applicable) of the Eligible Customer registered with its Amazon.in account, or a notification on the Amazon.in mobile application, on or before November 3, 2017. Amazon will receive the BMS Codes from BMS and will distribute the same to the Eligible Customers on “as-is” basis.
15. Any queries in relation to the BMS Code (including use, redemption or value of benefits) should be addressed directly to BMS. Amazon will not be responsible and/ or liable for entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the status, use or misuse of the BMS Code in any manner whatsoever.
16. All disputes between the Eligible Customer and BMS will be resolved inter se and Amazon will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between the Eligible Customer and BMS.
17. The Eligible Customers are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is purely voluntary.
18. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Amazon or BMS to conduct further any similar or other offers.
19. Amazon reserves the right to add, alter, and modify these Offer Terms at any time without prior notice and without liability, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
