1. This offer is brought to you by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, India (HSBC), in association with MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited (“hereinafter referred to as MakeMyTrip / MMT”),and any participation in the offer is voluntary. This offer is applicable to select Resident Classic, Gold, Platinum, Co-branded and HSBC MakeMyTrip Credit Cardholders (including add-on card, if any) (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholders”) to whom this communication is addressed. Add-on credit Cardholders will not have separate offer eligibility.
2. Credit Cardholders who have not repaid their minimum payment due within 30 days of their payment due date as mentioned on the credit card statement, will not be eligible for the offer.
3. Credit Cardholders with updated KYC details with the Bank are eligible for this offer.
4. This offer is valid from 20 December 2017 to 31 March 2018 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”).
5. Under this offer, Cardholders will be entitled to a 3,000 MMT Luxury e-Gift Card (herein referred to as “Gift Card”) upon using his/her valid HSBC Credit Card for making a minimum of 5 purchase transactions totalling to spends amount of 150,000 or more during the offer Period (“Offer”).
6. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on HSBC Credit Card.
7. The Gift Card will be sent to the eligible Cardholders by 31 May 2018 via SMS / email or via post to your mailing address registered on our records (physical delivery will be attempted only if HSBC is unable to send the Gift card vide the other modes).
8. Cash advances, any fees/charges, cancelled, reversed and disputed transactions will not be eligible for this offer.
9. The total value of purchase transactions will be calculated including add-on cards (if any) linked to the Primary Credit Card account eligible for the offer.
10. If a Cardholder has multiple Cards, then the offer is valid for all Cards individually. Transactions on multiple Cards will not be combined.
Registration related Terms and Conditions:
11. To qualify for the offer, Cardholders will be required to register for the offer using mobile number/email id registered with HSBC. Cardholders will need to register only once to qualify. However, if registration is done using mobile number/email ID which is not registered with HSBC, then such registration would not qualify for the offer.
12. Cardholders can register for the offer by:
a. Messaging “HSBCSTART” to 575750 or
b. Clicking on the URL link provided in communication sent by the Bank & sending the return mail
13. Cardholders can register anytime during the offer period. Once registered, Cardholder’s transactions for the entire offer period will be considered for the offer, irrespective of the date when he/ she has registered for the offer. Eg. If the cardholder registers for the offer on 31 March 2018, all the transactions from 20 December 2017 to 31 March 2018 will be considered for the offer.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions:
14. The Gift card is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
15. Gift Cards will be valid only on purchase made at www.makemytr...om and through MMT Mobile App.
16. This card is redeemable only on premium Hotels designated 5 Star (basis Star Category) by MakeMyTrip.
17. Redemption process for Hotels:
Can be redeemed online at www.makemytr...om or on MakeMyTrip Android & IOS Mobile app. Please follow the
steps listed below:
Select your Hotel and fill required details till you reach the payment page
On Website, click on “More options” and Select “Gift Card” as your Payment Mode. On Android and IOS app, choose
Gift Card as the payment option
Enter your Gift Card/ Card No. (16 Digit) and 6 Digit Pin No.
Click on “Make Payment” and Pay the Balance amount (if any) using other Payment Modes Listed
Hotels are not redeemable offline
18. This Gift card is not valid on Flights, Holidays, Hotels other than 5 Star Category Hotels, Bus, cabs and Rail bookings.
19. Customer must enter the correct Gift card code and Pin at the time of online booking to redeem the card.
20. This Gift card/voucher is valid for partial redemption. Balance would remain in the Gift Card till the validity period and can be reused for multiple transactions.
21. In case of transaction failures after Gift Card is applied, amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 24 hours.
22. In case of cancellation of the booking, the eligible refund amount will be credited to the Luxury card up to the amount it was used.

30. In no event the liability of MakeMyTrip for any claims shall exceed the value of the Gift card.
31. In the event of any dispute in connection with Gift Card, parties agree to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of New Delhi.
General Terms & Conditions:
32. HSBC reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer shall be at the sole discretion of HSBC and the same shall be final, binding and non-contestable. Other than the specific entitlements available to the Cardholders under this offer, any other claims with regard to this offer against HSBC are waived.
33. HSBC reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time by providing appropriate notice to the Cardholders.
34. HSBC does not make any warranties or representation about the quality, merchantability, suitability or availability of the services offered under these offers. Any dispute regarding these must be addressed in writing, by the customer, directly to MakeMyTrip.
35. HSBC will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, as a result of participating in the offer.
36. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
