GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REWARDS

(Applicable from 6th May 2020 till 5th June 2020)

PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE OFFER

User is eligible to earn one-time cash back of flat ₹25 (Rupees Twenty Five) on successful prepaid mobile recharge transaction of ₹200 (Rupees Two Hundred) or more through IRCTC iMudra.

Cashback amount shall be credited within 3 (three) working days from the day of successful completion of the transaction

ONLINE SHOPPING CASH BACK

User shall receive a minimum Cash Back of ₹20 (Rupess Twenty) and a maximum of Rs. 100/- (Rupees Hundred) on their online purchase transaction of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand) or more through IRCTC iMudra.

This cash back is applicable only for single transaction on E-Commerce for ₹1000 (Rupees One Thousand) and above.

This Cash Back is not applicable on Cash-in or loading of any other wallet (PPI)

offer is only for Registered IRCTC iMudra users having a valid card issued through the IRCTC iMudra app.

In the event of any cancellation or refund, full or partial, of the order for which the payment is made:

If such cancellation or refund happens prior to credit of the cashback then no cashback shall be credited

If such cancellation or refund happens after the credit of the cashback then the amount of cashback paid shall be deducted from the refund / cancellation and remining amount shall be credited to the IRCTC iMudra card of the User

Cash back amount shall be credited within 3 (three) working days from the day of successful completion of the transaction.

Amount of cashback shall be at the sole discretion of IRCTC.

The decision of IRCTC in case of any dispute shall be final.

All usage terms and conditions of the IRCTC iMudra app shall continue to apply.

All offers are valid from 6th May 2020 till 5th June 2020

This promotion is at the sole discretion of IRCTC iMudra and can be withdrawn at any time with or without notice

User can earn rewards by sharing the referral link or code that will be available in User’s application via such modes as prescribed by IRCTC iMudra.

The reward is only applicable to NEW REGISTRATIONS

User’s wallet will be credited with the reward only when a referred individual successfully download the IRCTC iMudra app, Registers via code or link shared by the user, to the iMudra AND does a topup of Rs. 100 or more

Such Reward may vary between ₹1 (Rupees 1) to ₹50 (Rupees Fifty) for each successful referral.

Reward, under this scheme of refer and earn, shall, during the lifetime of a user, not exceed an amount of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) irrespective of the number of referrals made.
