I have 700 dineout credits. Can I go to smartpay enabled restaurants and opt for takeaway?

Use it at smartpay restaurant
It’s better to reserve since you can pay only after reserving.
Even if you don’t turn up after reservation no issues. They won’t charge you. So you can book 2 – 3 restaurant and choose as per your mood where you want to go.
It’s better to book only one though as it to avoid hassles for restaurants 
Also, it is true that smartpay is allowed only after reservation in case of most hotels, but you can also do direct payment for few restaurants that allow direct payment without reservation
Of course, all of this is pretty evident via app so plz check in app once
Additionally, they have customer care available via chat in app and also can call them on the number provided in app.
