TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The offer is applicable on purchase of Godrej Microwave Ovens by end consumer between 18th January 2020 to 26th January 2020 or till stocks last whichever is earlier (the “Offer Term”). This scheme is applicable on Microwave Ovens only (“Products”). This offer is hosted at Amazon by Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. pan India, and would be applicable to the select cities, except the state of Tamil Nadu; Participants in the offer should have completed 18 years of age in order to be eligible to participate in the offer.

2. The product is also available without this Scheme. Participation in the Scheme is purely voluntary. By participation in the Scheme, it is deemed that you have accepted these terms and conditions mentioned herewith.

3. Neither this Scheme, nor the participating in the Scheme by any Customer, has any direct or indirect relationship with the maximum retail price (“MRP”) of the Product as may have been purchased by such Customer. The MRP paid by a Customer for the Product will be the sole consideration for the sale of such Product to the Customer.

4. The Offer Period may be extended, modified or cancelled by the company at any time and at its sole discretion. Any such extension will be notified on www.godrejrewar...om

5. This scheme may not be clubbed with any other prevailing promotions and offers as may be offered by on or behalf of the Company in respect of Product from time to time.

6. Once the Product is purchased from the online portal customer will get the e-voucher from Six Sigma (Service Provider) with the voucher code on e-mail and SMS. Customer will have to register themselves with the details on the redemption website www.godrejrewar...om. The details of participating cinemas can be reviewed post registration on the website.

7. This voucher entitles customer to 4 Free Movie Tickets at participating cinemas from Monday-Saturday. Redemption requests cannot be submitted on Sundays, National holidays and between 7PM to 10AM on all days. Offer valid in select cities.

8. The voucher code will be sent to customer after 21 days of purchase of product from online portal.

9. Once the code is received, customer will have to go to the redemption website www.godrejrewar...om, enter the voucher code, fill up the required details and click ‘submit booking’. Customer will receive a registration number once the booking is submitted on Registered email and SMS on Registered mobile number from Service Provider.

10. If Customer mobile number is registered under the “Do Not Disturb” registry, customer will not receive any Auto-Registration response. However, customer will receive the Authentication Number via e-mail.

11. A minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days advance notice is mandatory to make a booking.

12. Tickets can be redeemed within 90 days or till 31st March 2020 whichever is earlier of purchase of the microwave oven. Each couple movie voucher can be redeemed only once in a month. There has to be a minimum gap of 30 days between two consecutive redemption requests.

13. To redeem the benefits of the offer the customer is required to follow the steps as explained in redemption process.

14. The offer entitles for movie ticket for a couple (two tickets) only which is inclusive of entertainment tax and convenience charges. Any other expenses incurred by user other than cost of ticket are to be paid directly and neither Promotion coordinator nor any Participating Outlet can be held liable for the same.

15. In the event of a valid holder of this redemption voucher not claiming benefits within 90 days or till 31st March 2020 whichever is earlier of the purchase or no claim or adjustment will be entertained later. This is a purely redemption-based scheme wherein user must claim to avail benefits.

16. Promotion coordinator shall send the details of movie ticket to the customer registered mobile number only, it may take up to 8 working hours from time of receiving the accurate redemption request.

17. In case of non-receipt of any communication, the user may directly contact Promotion coordinator at their below mentioned contact number.

18. In an event the requested movie slot though available at the time of submission of request gets sold out, Promotion coordinator reserves the right to call the user to ask for alternate date, time or movie hall. Any such adjustments will be considered as complete & no additional compensation will be offered.

19. Once booked, the ticket cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. If customer do not show at the venue, voucher will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.

20. The voucher is valid for best available silver class seats and not valid for special screenings, paid preview, premier and gold class seats.

21. Walk-in customers without prior booking will not be entertained at the venue. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together. Only one voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per household, per venue, per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder). Anyone accompanying the voucher holder will have to pay the full ticket price at actual.

22. If Service provider has already emailed or sent by SMS, customer’s Movie ticket voucher code to the email address submitted on entry, Service provider will not re-send the Movie ticket voucher code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the customer.

23. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.

24. Offer excludes Public Holidays and Bank Holidays.

25. Redemption of ticket is subject to availability of seats.

26. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply. The holder of this offer is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.

27. This offer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for sale. The list of participating venues remains subject to change.

28. Participating venues reserve the right to vary the timings and offer availability. Some venues have restricted timings on the availability of the offer. Customers are recommended to call the Service Provider in advance to check the exact terms of the offer.

29. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.

30. Service provider consider a venue within 45 minutes journey time (by usual mode of transport) of customer residence to be in customer’s area. In the case that there is no venue in customer’s area, customer details will be kept on record until such a time as a venue is recruited. Service Provider will use reasonable endeavors to recruit a venue in customer’s area, but this cannot be guaranteed. Customer will be offered an alternative which may involve a journey time of greater than 45 minutes. Such an offer shall fulfill all promotional obligations to the customer.

31. Service provider accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse vouchers, and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.

32. Promotion coordinator holds the right to disqualify any redemption claim found to be fraudulent. All redemption claims will be checked for their authenticity/accuracy.

33. Disputes, if any, shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts alone.

Redemption Process

STEP 1: Log on to website www.godrejrewar...om & enter the unique code received by service provider on email & SMS post 21 days of purchase.
STEP 2: Enter name, contact numbers, email ID & address.
STEP 3: Select City, Cinema, Movie and Timings. Submit your request.
STEP 4: Customer will get request Id on registered mobile number & Email ID.
STEP 5: Within 8 working hours from receipt of request customer will get Movie ticket details on registered mobile number & email ID.
