PayUMoney Offer Terms and Conditions

The customer will upon making an online purchase on https://www.gofyn...m/ (“Gofynd”) will be credited PayUMoney points equivalent to 10% (ten) of the Transaction value subject to a maximum of PayUMoney points worth Rs. 50/-)(“Offer”).

1 Rupee = 10 PayUMoney Points (this denomination of PayUMoney Points is subject to change as and when required by PayUMoney). PayUMoney may as promotional activities, may grant additional PayUMoney Points to the customers at its sole discretion.

In order to avail the Offer, the customer must be a registered as a PayUMoney customer.

The Offer will be valid from 6th July, 2016 (00:00:01 hours) to 12th July, 2016 (23:59:59 hours).

The PayUMoney Points may be redeemed while making transaction on the various PayUMoney merchant’s website.

In order to redeem PayUMoney Points, the customer shall opt to make the payment through PayUMoney on the partnered merchant’s website.

The crediting and redemption of PayUMoney Points shall be as per the applicable PayUMoney terms and conditions.

PayUMoney do not warrant or guarantee availability, merchantability, quality, fitness etc., of any product or service offered by Gofynd.

PayUMoney shall not be responsible to the customer for any dispute arising between the customer and Gofynd or any dispute relating to issuance or crediting PayUMoney Points to the customers. Any issue w.r.t. the issuance or crediting PayUMoney Points to the customer, shall be taken by the customer directly with Gofynd. PayU shall not be a party to the same.

PayUMoney reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the Offer. PayUMoney also reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer and to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

PayUMoney reserves the right to disqualify any customer from the benefits of the Offer, in case of any fraudulent activity/suspicious transactions or misuse of the Offer in any way.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of New Delhi.

In all matters relating to the Offer, PayUMoney’s decision will be final.

In addition to the above, the Offer is also subject to PayUMoney general terms & conditions available on payumoney.com.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the PayUMoney User Terms and Conditions.
