I recharged 1 mobile and paid 1 bill. I got 2 locked cards. Each of them say that pay 1 bill and do 1 recharge. WTF?

Second what KMkool has already written above. The ‘unlocking’ transaction has to be same category. Operative word in T&C is ‘respectively’.
