Good one buddy. VU+KG

For how much? Before, after price?
CAM1800 code was there for 1800₹ cashback. But it was over, when i was about to post. But this is a good deal too.
I too saw that 3-4 days ago but couldn’t find any product since it was applicable only on 2500+ and single item.
Thank you very much. Bought 1TB
I am getting only goldback! What is it? Is it same as cashback?

Good one
Thanks! Was in need of a hard drive, I really wish 8tb desktop drive prices were at least close to US prices , would have gone for that instead but 4tb is good too…gotta figure out gold back thing though
Better buy 2x 4TB HDD instead 1x 8TB.
Its very bulky and heavy to carry and always need a power socket to work.
Its good if you buy for desktop PC but for laptop you should go with portable one.
I too always desired for 8 TB until recently it came to India at 26K price but its useless to carrying point of view.
You can get in 14K two 4TB HDD then why go for 26K.

Any suggestiom for SSD?
What is mean by VU + KG?
evo 850 for SATA or mx300 for sata
NVME is too expensive in India but there is only the evo 970 to go for by Samsung. and if they get here, the Adata SX8200 is suppose to be cheaper than the eve 970 at similar performances.
In coming days too the price will be near to Paytm, so if anyone need in urgent need then better buy. As already mentioned, always buy in smaller size than in bigger size. HDD are prone to damage and hence if it happens you will loose all your data more particularly some are complaining seagate is more prone to damage. My suggestion is buy in 2TBs than in 4 or 8TBs. I am expecting that 2TB will be available@near 3800rs and 4TB will be available@near 7200rs in coming days.
There is no truth in this. Its just mfg defects for hdd failure and it has nothing to do with size.
If such thing would have been there then WD & Seagate won’t be making higher capacity HDD.
I too read comments about seagate failure more in comparison to WD but its just mfg defects only and it can happen to any gadget if not properly QC checked.
I had a toshiba HDD and it got dead within a year but you will find people around the globe claiming that they still running it fine for 5-7 years.
Since then I am only buying WD for 1 TB and internal 2.5 HDD and then started using 4TB seagate Backup plus as then WD 4TB wasn’t there in India and today I own 3x 4 TB
The lowest came in sale was Rs 8499 plus 10% CC/DC CB but never gone lower to Rs 7000 ever for 4 TB like this time on paytm
Suggest good SSD ones
I said about upcoming sales and also I didn’t mention exact price as I am not deciding anyway. In almost all big sales I bought something so what you said about price might be correct. It’s my suggestion only to buy 2TB even I am considering to buy 4TB if I get it at 7k
Thanks . Bought 4TB Seagate
