1. The Offer is valid till 31-July-2016.

2. Cardholder needs to indicate intention to avail of the Offer before the bill is generated and may be asked to present the card for confirmation.

4. Offer is applicable only on dine-in at Barista cafes/ outlets across India

5. The Offer is available only on making full payment by a valid and unexpired MasterCard World/ MasterCard Platinum/ MasterCard Titanium card issued in India.

6. Offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any form of credit.

7. Cardholder is required to pay any applicable service charges and taxes

8. Offer is not applicable during the following blackout dates: 24-Dec-2015, 25-Dec-2015, 31-Dec-2015, 14th-Feb-2016, Durga Puja Holidays and Public Holidays.

9. Cardholders are not bound in any way to participate in the Offer. 12. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
