Regular T&Cs:

The Offer is valid on transactions done on Mobile application only (Android, iOS and Windows).
To avail the Offer Customer need to enter Promo code for respective product booking (as shared above) before payment. If coupon code is not entered correctly then Customer will not receive any cash back.
Cash back could be credited to the customer card account for eligible transactions within 60 days of the transaction on a best effort basis. The time line provided for effecting credit is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
The Offer can be availed 3 times during the Offer period per product category (Domestic Flight, International Flight, Hotel) per Card/ Account.
The Offer will be applicable to all HDFC Bank Debit/Credit/Net Banking users during the Offer term.

Offer is valid on all Hotels available on Goibibo except those who do not accept any Promo Codes. Such hotels will be marked distinctly with a mention of “Loyalty based Promotion only” message.

Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the Offer and/or products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly to Goibibo and that HDFC Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to HDFC Bank shall be forwarded to Goibibo who shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within reasonable time.
Goibibo reserves the right to, at any stage and at its discretion, modify/change or alter the terms of the Offer during the Term, without assigning any reasons thereof.
The terms & conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India.
If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Goibibo or HDFC Bank or any other entity with respect to the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of the entities, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of the entities, then it shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.

All of Cash Back actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.
Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
