app “HealthPass” available for Android and iOS.
5. All services available under the program will be visible in your account and can be
booked online.
6. You can purchase services on HealthPass at any time, for any member of your family
during the membership period. A valid booking id must be quoted at the Program Partner
centre for availing the services and a valid Photo ID must be carried by the person availing the service. The booking can be done on HealthPass app or online at www.healthass...in
7. The services can be availed at our Program Partner clinics, wherever applicable, in a
cashless manner with prior booking. The booking id and a valid id proof must be carried for availing the service at the Program Partner clinics.
8. GST is applicable at the rate of 18%.
