Its not about pepperfry its about the material used in bed…somethings shouldn’t be compromised…bed should always be purchased of solid no matter how expensive you get in your city.

If you’re looking for a Box Bed, then you don’t an option right ?
+ Solid wood beds cost about X2.5/X3/X4 times compared to MDF ones
I feel if you don’t relocate often then MDF should be fine for the price. That being said, engineering wood is more prone to fungus (my experience) + hard to fix issues

Its all about durability I mean how can people even think of anything below solid wood….saving money is good but then spending without using brain is bad….beds are not the product one should play with….it should only be solid wood as it can withstand all the pressure.
When you buy a bed you buy mattresses too and coir mattresses are the best once (as per my experience) but they are heavy. A queen size coir mattress will weight around 20Kg. So now imagine you bought a bed of engineered wood which cant withstand much weight or pressure. Then you added mattresses on it so they get a weight now you put your weight as a normal Indian weight is around 50-60kg for two people its 100-120kg. Which is too much weight for an engineered wood to take on daily basis. A little more pressure or weight will make things go haywire.

I still firmly believe that a couple or a family atleast go for solid wood beds only. If I compare with my city price the Queen bed is between 15kto20k and the price mentioned for this queen bed is around 10K so spend 5k more and get a solid wood bed. Simple.
In all tier 2 or Tier 3 states solid bed cost around 15k to 20k (queen bed)
