1. One coupon valid once per user.

2. HQbe cashback received can be used in the multiples of Rs. 250 on minimum bill of Rs. 1000.

3. Coupons are applicable on order from menu / Ala-Carte Order; and not valid on HQbe Gift Card; HQbe Club Deals.

4. Users will not get any cash back on cancelled orders.

5. Not applicable on any purchase on 24; 25 & 31st Dec, special events or any other Deal on HQbe App

6. Valid on HQbe app only.

7. Cannot be clubbed with any other Deal/ deal.

Freecharge Terms & Conditions

1. Get FreeCharge cashback in the form of Freecharge Gift Instrument within 60 days from the date of the transaction at the merchant or when instructed by the Merchant to Freecharge whichever is later.

2. Freecharge cashback will be provided on mobile number on which the transaction has been carried out on Merchant platform. Freecharge shall provide Cashback to Customers only in accordance with the instructions of the Merchant.

3. Merchant reserves the right to end/modify all or any merchant terms and conditions including validity applicable to this Deal even if the deal is bought by the user.

4. Descriptions of the Deals and Merchant’s goods and/or services are provided by the Merchant and Freecharge is not responsible for any claims associated with these descriptions or for the quality of goods and/or services provided by the Merchant.

5. Freecharge shall not be responsible if the Merchant fails to honor the Deal. Freecharge’s liability in such case shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer to purchase the Deal.

6. Reproduction, sale or trade of Freecharge deals is strictly prohibited.

7. Freecharge reserves the right to disqualify any Freecharge Account from the benefits of this Deal in case of any illegal, suspicious, fraudulent or potentially fraudulent transaction/activity or misuse of the Deal.
