Terms and Conditions governing the Offer:

This Promotional Offer is extended to all Indian Bank Debit Card holders on RuPay card and Mastercard platform (hereafter referred to as Cardholder).

Cashback Reward is applicable on all eligible transactions done from 18th December 2019 to 19th January 2020, both days inclusive.

“Eligible Transaction” shall mean purchase/ payment done using Indian Bank RuPay card and Mastercard Debit Card by swiping/ dipping the physical card at an authorized POS Terminal or providing relevant and verified details at a valid e-Commerce Site. Incomplete/ Rejected/ Invalid/ Returned/ Disputed/ Unauthorized/ Fraudulent transactions will not be considered for the Cashback.

The number of winners and maximum Cashback reward that can be availed during the Offer Period is governed as per the grid given below:

(A) For RuPay Debit Card holder:

(B) For Mastercard Debit Card holder:

First time user is the cardholder who uses his/her card for the first time at POS or e-commerce site to make any payment during this campaign period.

The entire payment for the transaction should be done on a single Indian Bank Debit Card only.

The Offer is applicable only on Indian Bank RuPay Card and Mastercard Debit Cards issued within India.

Cashback Reward will be credited to the Cardholder’s linked Account for all eligible transactions on or before 31st March 2020 under the description “IB Cashback Reward – 2019”.

The Offer is not applicable on Prepaid Cards.

In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined. It shall be entirely at discretion of Indian Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.

The Cardholder, availing this Offer, will be personally responsible for all taxes, rates, government fees or any other charges that may be levied against them under applicable laws, if any, in relation to the Offer.

Indian Bank shall not be liable for any loss/ damage/ deficiency whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury that may be suffered, by a Customer, directly or indirectly, owing to use or non-use of products/services availed under this Offer.

Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality made available on the products/services under this Offer to the Cardholder, must be addressed in writing, by the Customer directly to the Merchant Outlet/ Service Provider/e-Commerce Site concerned. Indian Bank shall not entertain any communication in this regard. Any query/ contention/dispute raised by any Customer to Indian Bank shall be forwarded to the Merchant Outlet/ Service Provider/e-Commerce Site. Merchant Outlet/ Services Provider/ e-Commerce Site shall be solely responsible for resolving such queries/ contentions/disputes within reasonable time.

Indian Bank reserves the right to extend or terminate this Offer without prior notice. Indian Bank also reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the rules and regulations governing the use of the Indian Bank Debit Card.

A Customer without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions herein.

If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Indian Bank or any other entity in respect of the Offer is prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Indian Bank or any other entity, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots, explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other character beyond the control of Indian Bank or the other entity/ies, then Indian Bank and/or the other entity/ies shall not be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any consequences.

The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Chennai, India.
