So, in chennai.. a ticket in Sathyam costs 150rs.. If i choose a couple ticket, 4 movies it would cost 300 × 4 = 1200, which would come back to paytm as cashback. Lets say the convenience fee is 50 × 4 = 200
so basically i watch 4 movies for 1000 instead of 1400.. Looks good. But good only for people who watch movies throughout the month.
And again that 400 will exhaust in the all luring snacks that is heavily priced

They have a Movie Pass in the US.. Its $10 for unlimited 1/day.. So basically 30 tickets every month.. for less than what I have to pay in Mumbai for 4 tickets.

Worthless deal atleast for Mumbai. Not valid for Imax screen and Gold class. Effectively you are paying 200 bucks a ticket and that too if you force yourself to watch 4 movies in a month. Waste

Hmm Yes May be its not good for some Metro Cities.
I watch 3 to 5 movies per month and hence very useful even though I have visa signature 1+1 and RBL 500 off from BMS + BMS gift vouchers at 15% off
I am not sure if I understood it correct but the TnC says – “Maximum amount of cashback per order availed by a user cannot exceed the price of the movie pass.”
Does that means that we can only get cashback of max 799 for single and 1599 for couple tickets. And if yes, what does per order means. Does that means 799/1599 cb for each ticket booking applicable for 4 times or 799/1599 cb for all 4 tickets.
Because if its the latter, it will be a shit offer because it doesn’t means anything. We get what we pay for.

Per order means 1 ticket for single pass and 2 tickets for couple pass. I don’t think there is anything more to it.
Carnival cinemas is giving 149rs pass for one movie per day in weekdays with just 25rs to be paid on counter for each movie, so i think carnival offer is better than this offer..
Ok.. let’s say we buy one pass and share between 4 of us (obviously same city).. all 4 will save and loot! Anyways I watch couple of movies per month..

I bought it. It’s working only in the city for which the deal is linked to. This is a good offer for solo movie-goers! Generally BMS/paytm offers work for min of 2 tickets..
