Used, not give precise reading at below 101 F temp
You mean we cant rely on this?
I have doubt on accuracy of results. Branded companies have such products in range of 2K-3K atleast
Not good
useless chinese product
Yes, these are not that reliable.. Also these are good for doctors etc(branded onec) as they have to see many patients, and it is very quick for reading, albeit less reliable..
Got this today.
Readings are instant. Accuracy is good +- 1° F. Need to calibrate it before first use. There are two modes for body and object temperature. Option for both ℃ and °F. LCD is backlit with three different colors green, yellow and red which changes according to reading i.e. low, medium , high. Build quality is great.
Overall a very good buy for Rs. 350/-

Yes, got mine too and it’s certainly a great deal at this price. Check safe-o-kids or arvanka same model which is expensive on all other sites. Gives instant and reliable results, have seen docs using the same. Happy to have bought.
Even I have received mine. It’s great for 299rs (after 50rs cb). Googled for YI-400 n got its manual (to change from F to C, calibrate the offset).. I checked with the old thermometer n there was an offset of 0.6 deg C n after calibration, it seem to be fine. Very useful if you have an infant at home.
@ishane
what was the calibration offset in your case?
@santosh_blr
0.7 °C calibrated using my old and trusty mercury thermometer.
Thanks, bought one.
